What does the Evey.live solution allow ?
Whatever your event, small or large, Whatever you are a club, NGO, Training center or other, Evey.live handles the whole value chain of the event: website, registration management, badging and matchmaking management with QR code, unlimited and parallel videoconferencing, virtual stands... Moreover, we provide real time reporting including carbon footprint report!
How many users can benefit from the plan I take ?
The chosen plan is associated with an organiser. Only one administrator can benefit from the Evey.live features and create one or more events. In the live streaming management console, Evey Studio, the administrator can set up an assistant and add him/her as a support.
How does the membership service work ?
Evey.live is a subscription service, per plan, per month or per year (depending on the duration you have chosen). You have the possibility to consult or upgrade your plan according to your needs and this from your organiser account (Section my plans)
What are the payment terms?
Evey offers you subscriptions to be paid by month or by year. Please note that when you pay annually you get 3 months of free use. After payment, your subscription cannot be canceled.
In which currency can I pay?
The fees for Evey.live plans are displayed in Euro. During the payment phase, the price will be converted into local currency
Is the payment secure ?
Evey uses Stripe's software and APIs to accept payments, send payouts, and manage businesses online.

With over 400 events organized and several references, we offer organizers our technical and business knowledge to ensure the digital organization of their hybrid and virtual events and their success.
We offer our service packages which cover operational operational assistance before and during the event. We also have eco-friendly partners to provide audiovisual coverage of the event and offset the carbon footprint of your event.
